steel motor has been specifically designed to provide a long service life
in severe applications. It is ideal for environments that cannot tolerate
contaminates from a motor, such as rust coatings.
Features

Frame - 300 series stainless
steel, electropolished for a superior finish. Paint free.

End Shields - Cast stainless
CF-8M (equivalent to 316 stainless steel) .End shields and frame material
matched for superior corrosion protection and a longer lasting motor.

Base - Heavy duty, stamped,
300 series stainless steel welded to frame (Footless version available).

Rotor - Cast aluminum with
integrally cast fins for excellent cooling. Keyless design, heat shrunk
to shaft, turned for proper air gap, dynamically balanced, and epoxy coated
- providing for a superior, more efficient electrical design.
Stator - Specially treated
class "F" and "H" wire used with full slot liner material. Coil heads laced
for improved mechanical strength.

Insulation - Non-hygroscopic,
epoxy varnish with bore protection and phase insulation assures superior
electrical strength.
Hardware - 300 series stainless
steel, high strength, with hex heads. Stainless steel provides exceptional

Bearings - Double sealed,
oversized, and permanently lubricated. Rugged and sealed so they hold up
in tough applications and minimize the effects of moisture on the bearings.
Conduit Box - Oversized, top
mounted, 300 series stainless steel, conduit box with F1 conduit connection
and grounding lug for exceptional corrosion resistance and ease of installation.
Shaft - High strength, 316
passivated stainless steel with teflon coated, stainless steel, double
lip seal providing exceptional moisture resistance along the shaft.
Single phase - Electronic
starting switch mounted in conduit box providing convenience and reliability.
Energy Saving Design - Provided
by electrically matched rotor and stator which reduce primary and secondary
losses.
Fan - Antistatic, bidirectional,
corrosion resistant polypropylene. Provides superior cooling with reduced
losses due to air movement. Keyed and clamped to prevent movement on the
shaft. Fan shroud 300 series stainless.
