dj20.JPG (11500 bytes) Our CSA approved NEMA series motors are general-purpose polyphase squirrel cage induction motors meeting all required NEMA and IEEE standards. In addition to our numerous in-factory sampling motor tests to verify and improve our designs,we also have tested our motors at the prestifious Hydro-Quebec LTEE independent motor testing laboratory in Canada. All NEMA  motors from 15 HP to 200 HP currently 
meet or exceed the minimum efficiency requirements per US Energy Policy Act of 1992.
Consisting of two protection types of totally enclosed & fan cooled (TEFC) and open drip proof (ODP) motor. This series motors are equipped with cast-iron frames and fan-masks. The motors are designed according to NEMA Design B, with Class F Insulation, 1.15 service factor, 60HZ, rated voltage 230/460V (double voltages) or 460V. This series motors have mounting types of T, TC and TD. 
Our motors have high starting and breakdown torque. We have selected the highest quality bearing from Japan and test each bearing prior to installation in our motors.The very low noise and vibration levels make these motors extremely suitable for various operations at high load rates and continuous running at 40  C and lower ambient temperatures.
To ensure our NEMA motors are high quality and reliable,we have made every effort in the design and production to provide that extra margin of reliability so our customers have less concerns about our motors in their operations.For assurance of low motor vibration and noise levels,we perform dynamic balancing on every rotor,and alignment checks on our production line.We use high strength,non-metalic,non-sparking external fans for all our NEMA motors to enhance the ventilation,provide additional safety,as well as to reduce the noise levels.

C-Face Kits and Cast Iron Fan Cover Kits

C-Face Kits
We offer C-Face,footed motors 1-30HP,4 poles,from our stock.We also offer C-Face kits to be fitted to different frame size.

Our NEMA motors can be field coverted in minutes to C face with rigid base configurations.Please be aware when installing C-Face kits for 143T-256T frames,a non-NEMA BA dimension result.

By replacing the steel fan cover on our TEFC NEMA series cast iron motors with our cast iron fan cover we can meet severe duty specifications. Please note: All motors come with cast iron bracket,frame,and conduit box as standard equipment. dj26.JPG (7508 bytes)
